If you are under the age at which you can legally enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may only use Sprintive with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sprintive complies with applicable laws.

3. Your Account

Certain features of Sprintive require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your login credentials;
  • maintaining the security of your account;
  • activity occurring through your account; and
  • notifying Sprintive if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access.

Account restrictions

You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or access another user's account without authorization.

Sprintive may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.

4. Physical Training Involves Risk

Physical training involves inherent risks.

Sprint training, running, acceleration training, maximum-velocity training, strength training, plyometrics, resistance training, rehabilitation exercises, competition, and other physical activities can result in fatigue, overtraining, accidents, illness, physical injury, permanent injury, or other adverse consequences.

You acknowledge and accept that participation in physical training is undertaken at your own risk.

Sprintive cannot determine whether a particular exercise, session, program, training volume, intensity, recovery period, progression, or other training parameter is appropriate or safe for you.

Appropriate training depends on numerous individual factors that Sprintive may not know, including:

  • age;
  • physical condition;
  • health status;
  • training history;
  • injury history;
  • recovery;
  • fatigue;
  • technique;
  • experience;
  • equipment;
  • environment; and
  • individual response to training.

Assumption of risk

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of performing any training activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sprintive is not liable for injuries, physical harm, accidents, overtraining, illness, adverse health consequences, or other physical consequences resulting from training undertaken in connection with the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Training Results

Sprintive does not guarantee any specific training, athletic, fitness, competition, health, or performance result.

Using Sprintive does not guarantee:

  • faster sprint times;
  • improved acceleration;
  • improved maximum velocity;
  • increased strength;
  • increased power;
  • improved endurance;
  • improved competition results;
  • personal bests;
  • reduced injury risk;
  • successful rehabilitation;
  • improved physical condition; or
  • any other particular result.

User responsibility for outcomes

Training results depend on numerous factors outside Sprintive's control.

Sprintive never guarantees specific training or performance results.

You remain responsible for your training decisions and outcomes.

6. No Medical Advice

Sprintive does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation prescriptions, or healthcare services.

Information, statistics, AI output, training data, programs, exercises, or other content presented through Sprintive must not be interpreted as medical advice.

You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when necessary, particularly before starting or substantially modifying training if you have concerns regarding your health or ability to exercise safely.

If you experience pain, injury, illness, unusual symptoms, or other health concerns, you should seek appropriate professional advice.

Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information presented through Sprintive.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

Sprintive may provide artificial intelligence (“AI”) functionality.

AI functionality may help users:

  • log training from natural language;
  • interpret training descriptions;
  • structure training data;
  • create training sessions;
  • modify existing training sessions;
  • create or modify training programs;
  • categorize exercises;
  • analyze training information; or
  • perform other training-related tasks.

AI output limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors.

AI output may be:

  • inaccurate;
  • incomplete;
  • inappropriate;
  • incorrectly interpreted;
  • based on insufficient information; or
  • unsuitable for a particular individual.

User responsibility

AI output should therefore be treated as an assistive tool, not as authoritative professional advice.

Before using or performing AI-generated or AI-modified training, you are responsible for reviewing the output.

This includes checking, where relevant:

  • exercise selection;
  • sets;
  • repetitions;
  • distance;
  • volume;
  • intensity;
  • rest periods;
  • weights;
  • progression;
  • timing;
  • split times; and
  • other training parameters.

Final decision

You should not perform training simply because Sprintive's AI generated or suggested it.

The final decision to perform any training remains entirely with the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sprintive is not liable for injuries, losses, adverse outcomes, or failure to achieve expected results resulting from reliance on AI-generated or AI-modified content.

8. Training Data, Statistics and Analytics

Sprintive may calculate and display information such as:

  • training volume;
  • intensity;
  • training frequency;
  • averages;
  • training mix;
  • rest periods;
  • speed;
  • split times;
  • performance trends;
  • historical comparisons;
  • training balance;
  • strength statistics;
  • plyometric statistics; and
  • other metrics.

Purpose and limitations

These calculations are intended to help users understand their training.

They do not constitute a complete assessment of physical condition, readiness, fatigue, health, injury risk, or future performance.

Results may be affected by:

  • incorrect user input;
  • missing sessions;
  • inaccurate timing;
  • incomplete logs;
  • incorrectly interpreted data;
  • imported data;
  • calculation assumptions;
  • software errors; or
  • other factors.

No accuracy guarantee

Sprintive does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of statistics or analytics.

9. User-Provided Information

You are responsible for information you enter, upload, submit, import, or otherwise provide to Sprintive.

Sprintive cannot verify that all user-provided information is accurate.

Where calculations, statistics, AI output, or other functionality depend on user-provided information, incorrect or incomplete input may result in incorrect or incomplete output.

10. Coaches, Teams and Groups

Sprintive may enable users to create teams and groups, assign training, create programs, manage athletes, communicate with team members, and share training information.

Sprintive provides the technology enabling these interactions.

No endorsement or supervision

Sprintive does not automatically endorse, employ, certify, supervise, or verify coaches or other users of the Service.

Training assigned through Sprintive may have been created entirely by another user.

Sprintive is not responsible for training instructions, programs, coaching decisions, communications, or other content created or provided by coaches, athletes, team administrators, or other users.

Responsibilities

Coaches remain responsible for training they prescribe or assign.

Athletes remain responsible for determining whether they can safely perform assigned training.

11. User Content

Users may create, upload, store, submit, or share content through Sprintive (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Sprintive a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, develop, and provide the Service, subject to applicable law and the Sprintive Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any User Content you provide.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
